TASKS
1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
1.1 Generating new business through marketing and sales initiatives.
1.2 Recruiting new clients; assessing customer needs, introducing different types of loans and banking products.
1.3 Explaining the loan process to potential clients and verifying clients’ eligibility for a loan.
1.4 Carrying out risk assessment by collecting detailed information on each client through meetings and field visits (home, business, suppliers, customers, guarantors, community) and loan appraisal (financial analysis, repayment capacity, tenure, collateral, etc).
1.5 Onboard at least one Agent
2. PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
2.1 Checking the proper use of the funds disbursed.
2.2 Preparing Loan Appraisal Report for Credit Committee meeting.
2.3 Loan monitoring (as per client’s business model) including periodic site visits and ensuring timely repayments
2.4 Updating the required data in the Bank’s Loan Management System.
3. DEPOSIT MOBILIZATION
Facility new account opening
Retain customers
4. Advisory Services
Offer advisory services to banking and non- banking clients
5. CROSS SELLING
5.1 Cross sells bank products during/through interaction with customers
Qualifications
SCHOOL EDUCATION
3 ‘A’ Levels Passes
POST SCHOOL QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Business Management, Finance, Banking or Accounting
