We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team.

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, managing sales orders and documentation, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the show room to match standards and preserve the corporate image.
  • Continuously update customers on delivery times for their products.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing sales orders, processing invoices, and preparing sales reports.
  • Ensure that all sales documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including contracts, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare all tenders and submit to sales rep at least a day before due date.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, such as finance and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Maintain the company’s social media accounts and make sure they are always active.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence on behalf of the SBU.
  • Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and times for the General Manager.
  • Maintain a customer database and ensure that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with the organization of sales events and promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to provide informed support to the sales team.
  • Supervise cleaning personnel.
  • Have overall responsibility for the company adverts and publications.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Management/Marketing/Accounting or related field.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the Motor Industry.
  • Experience with Electric Vehicles is a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
