Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Manager at SECURICO Security Services. The Technical Manager will be responsible for managing a team, providing technical support, overseeing research and development (R&D) initiatives, and handling project management tasks. The Technical Manager will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the company’s technical functions.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills, Technical Support, and Research and Development (R&D) skills
Experience in team management and project management
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of security systems and technologies
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science) is preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, CISSP) are a plus
