RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform a variety of routine administrative and clerical duties such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, sorting mail, making copies, and uploading documents.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and arrange travel as needed.
• Enter data into computer systems, update records and files, and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
• Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, proposals and presentations.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Operate standard office equipment like computers, phones, copiers, and printers.
• Transport documents, packages and mail between locations as assigned.
• Perform general research and information gathering as needed.
• Assist with special projects and events and provide back-up support to other staff members.
• Comply with department/organizational policies, procedures, and instructions.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Marketing.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications and other standard office software.
• Excellent communication, organization and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and fluctuating priorities with minimal supervision.
