Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and vibrant Sales and Digital Marketing Officer to join our team. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong background in sales and digital marketing, particularly in selling software, SaaS (Software-as-a-Service), or any digital services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and online marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote and sell our software products or digital services.
- Identify and target potential customers, including businesses and individuals, through market research and lead generation techniques.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings, effectively addressing customer needs and objections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and content creation.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights based on customer interactions and market research, contributing to the improvement of our products and services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and digital marketing, preferably in selling software, SaaS, or digital services.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead generation, customer management, and sales tracking.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for technology and a drive to stay updated with industry trends.
