Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Management Clerk to join our client’s team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing compliance with statutory regulations, processing and administering tenants’ lease agreements and documentation, managing financial matters, enforcing leases, and preparing performance reports.

Our client offers a basic salary of USD800.00 and a 5% commission on new business generated by the Property Management Clerk. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing compliance with statutory regulations
  • Building professional networks and keeping abreast with developments within the Real Estate industry
  • Coordinating business development events and office activities
  • Liaising in each department for the provision of effective administrative support, for example, but not limited to stationary, office equipment/work tools, and overall procurement
  • Processing and properly administering tenants’ lease agreements and documentation under the allocated portfolio
  • Preparing a detailed rent receivables analysis report and following up on any outstanding rentals
  • Compiling and timely submitting daily, weekly, and monthly management reports
  • Managing financial matters, enforcing leases, and preparing performance reports
  • Ensuring efficient daily operations and meeting financial objectives
  • Increasing property value and satisfying tenant requirements
  • Attracting new tenants and property owners through advertising, property viewing, and encouraging referrals
  • Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work
  • Designing and implementing policies in line with the Real Estate industry regulations
  • Managing Property Management portfolios, Lease Renewals, Rent
  • Reviews, Maintenance and Repairs, and Property Financial Statements
  • Monitoring tenant and property owner schedules for payments, statements, and rent collections
  • Implementing the business strategy and reporting to the Managing Director monthly
  • Managing overall employee performance, coordinating and monitoring team activities including issuing the correct guidance on internal processes & procedures
  • Facilitating recruitment, training, and employee development programs
  • Designing and implementing policies in line with the Real Estate industry regulations
  • Implementing the business strategy and reporting to the Managing Director monthly

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Real Estate Management or Business Related degree
  • Affiliation to a Professional Board
  • At least 5 years of continuous experience in Properties Management
  • Excellent customer service
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Budget management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail

REMUNERATION:

  • Basic Salary of USD800.00;
  • 5% commission on new business generated by the Property Management Clerk.
