Desired Profile :

  • MBA with Minimum 10 years experience in Corporate Sales in Meat industry and/or in Traditional Trade sales is a plus ;
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish, articulate the distinct aspects of our products/services and position them against our competitors ;
  • Leadership capacities with the ability to manage a sales team of around 5 Platform Managers and 50 Sales Representatives across the country (DRC);
  • Strong analytical skills with prior experience in developing business plans and managing budgets;
  • English is mandatory, French and/or Swahili is a plus.

Job Profile :

– Leading a sales team of around 5 Platform Managers and 50 Sales Representatives across the country (DRC) by conducting regular coaching and feedback to build motivation and selling skills;

– Developing business plan and sales strategy for the B2C sales department ;

– Achieving growth in market share, volume & revenue while ensuring profitability in line with company’s objectives;

– Daily reviews of performance with Platform Managers give feedback on the

achievement of volume targets set and discuss collaborative solutions to achieve growth;

-Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives for each Sales Platform and for each Sales Representatives;

– Owning and continuously increasing the Traditional Trade client database;

-Suggesting new platform openings and leading field census to assess new

potential markets;

-Developing an efficient sales team by setting KPIs, monitoring and training

them;

-Assisting sales team members to clear pending claims and marketing support budgets;

-Analyzing P&L and sales revenue from individual customers and for the

department;

-Analyzing competition market scenario, market behavior pattern and reporting the same to General Manager to develop action plans;

-Maintaining records of contracts, marketing activities, pricings, etc.

-Adhering to all company policies, procedures and Code of Business Conduct and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
