Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role at Golden Rising Auto Spares located in Bulawayo for a Marketing Officer. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies including market research, communication, social media marketing, sales, and promotions. They will analyze customer behavior and adjust campaigns as needed. They will work closely with the sales team to ensure that promotional efforts increase customer traffic, and provide a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Market Research and Marketing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in social media marketing
- Sales skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus
- Digital marketing experience is preferred
