Required competencies and capabilities
- Must have excellent process evaluation and analysis skills.
- Must have a thorough understanding of market trends, and accounting standards and be able to advise management accordingly.
- Ability to conduct research, benchmark, interrogate issues, synthesize, interpret relevant information, and make appropriate recommendations.
Qualifications and Experience
The Ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and experience:
- A degree in Accounting, ACCA, CIS, CIMA, ICAZ, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the Insurance sector
