Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and accelerate the introduction and acceptance of new products and solutions in the market.
- Drive acceptance and usage initiatives that require market engagement, coordination, and collaboration.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Compiling the quarterly and monthly plans on agreed metrics including Target Volumes, Revenue, Acceptance footprint (metrics like new merchants, categories, and operational efficiency).
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
- Engagements with merchants, acquirers and third parties. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Explore new places to deploy products and push for electronic ways to pay for goods and services.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing and Communications.
- At least 3 years in a similar role.
- Currently working in the Fintech sector.
