E- Commerce Manager/Portfolio Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and accelerate the introduction and acceptance of new products and solutions in the market.
  • Drive acceptance and usage initiatives that require market engagement, coordination, and collaboration.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Compiling the quarterly and monthly plans on agreed metrics including Target Volumes, Revenue, Acceptance footprint (metrics like new merchants, categories, and operational efficiency).
  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
  • Engagements with merchants, acquirers and third parties. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Explore new places to deploy products and push for electronic ways to pay for goods and services.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing and Communications.
  • At least 3 years in a similar role.
  • Currently working in the Fintech sector.
