REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to manage Microfinance Overal credit Operations
- Knowledge of working capital loans
- Full knowledge of Private Employees loans, SSB & Government Pendions loans.
- Ability to effectively collect debts upto litigation and closure stage.
- Deep rooted in financial inclusion
- Ability to manage 12 Branches in Zimbabwe.
- Self starter – Clientele, Agents network or connections.
- Sober Habbits.
