Role Description
This is a hybrid Account Specialist contract role with flexibility for remote work. As an Account Specialist at Martcosy Construction, you will be responsible for creating company statements and projections while maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring timely payment of invoices, and assisting with accounts receivable and payable. You will also manage contracts and ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in account management or a similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel, and QuickBooks.
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
