Opportunities have risen for posts of Secretary-cum-Bookkeepers within the National Employment Council for the Security Industry of Zimbabwe (NECSIZ) at our Harare and Bulawayo Offices.
Stations: Harare and Bulawayo
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reception and secretarial duties
- Bookkeeping and administrative duties
- Preparation of monthly financial statements for the office
- Receipting and banking
- Registered new security companies
- Following up on companies for payment of NEC Levies.
- Registering complaints and updating Designated Agent’s diary.
- Prepare payments
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent with a minimum of 2.2 degree qualification
- A pass in ‘O’ Level Mathematics with a ‘B’ or better
- Have basic knowledge of the Security Industry
- Be aged between 25 and 35 years
Attributes
- Have excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Have excellent computer skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
