NetOne Cellular (Private) Limited seeks to recruit a highly motivated, outstanding and results oriented individual to fill the following position.

Marketing Manager – Mobile Financial Services

Reporting to Head – Sales and Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible for for adapting brand strategies for the company’s target market and championing the development of brand positioning, vision and extension keys to guide all brand communication and innovation development.

Duties And Responsibilities

Facilitates brand communication (advertising and packaging), creation of development processes and works with advertising agencies to strategically deliver sound messages
Ensures brand innovation projects, develops innovation against agreed brand strategy to ensure brand health
Delivers sales and profit targets as well as developing consumer insights as a basis for innovation
Works closely with supply chain management (planning, operations, customer care, billing, sales and legal) to ensure their processes input into innovation development
Spearheads a holistic understanding of consumers and customers (motivating factors driving consumers’ brand choice and usage behavior) and insights in order to enhance business growth and gain competitive advantage
Delivers outstanding communication/advertising for the brand
Proposes an annual brand plan that sets out brand objectives and accompanying brand strategies after a thorough internal and external environmental analysis.
Brand objectives to include Market Share, Usage level (ARPLT), profit margin and overall brand profitability.
Brand strategies include product features, pricing and tariff structure, promotion/ communication and distribution strategies.

Qualification And Experience 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience.
Should possess Technical training skills in all MFS product development activities
Must understand trends and respond to customers’ wishes
Ought to have strong communication skills.
