Magetsi is an innovative bill payment platform dedicated to simplifying payments for consumers and businesses. We are expanding our business sales team and are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious professional with a passion for sales and a knack for building lasting business relationships. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, versatile, solution-oriented, and an excellent communicator and presenter. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape our sales strategy, engage with key stakeholders, and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, engage, and acquire new business clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with medium to large companies.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions using Magetsi’s products.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to contribute to the ongoing development of our platform.
  • Present and promote our products and services to prospective clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Affiliation with a professional body such as the Marketers Association of Zimbabwe or the Chartered Institute of Marketing is highly desirable.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in business sales.
  • Experience selling software solutions is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
