Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Sales Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential buyers, negotiating contracts, generating leads, preparing sales proposals, and maintaining a customer management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate products, a natural interest in the built environment, and a proven track record of success in property sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential buyers to promote product offerings
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with customers
  • Generate leads and prepare sales proposals
  • Maintain a comprehensive customer management system
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Conduct market research and stay up to date on industry trends
  • Market and advertise available rental properties
  • Prepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Manage property documentation and filing systems

Qualifications

  • Be a holder of Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or Finance
  • Registered Estate Agent (added advantage)
