Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced social media and digital marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building brands, managing social media platforms, and executing digital marketing campaigns. This is a long-term, in-person position with potential remote work options under special circumstances. We are not interested in freelancers, subcontractors, or agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
o Formulation of a marketing, branding & sales strategy and execute the day-to-day implementation of the approved strategy.
o Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brandvisibility and engagement
o Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
o Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
o Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote our products and services in the local market.
o Monitor and analyze the performance of social media and digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effective communication across all channels.
o Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep our digital marketing efforts current and effective.
o Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
o Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
o Proven track record of successfully building and managing social media campaigns.
o Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
o Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
o A sales qualification will be an added advantage.
