Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Harare for a Merchandiser at Omnichem (PVT) (LTD). The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing the display and promotion of products in retail stores, analyzing market trends, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring optimal inventory levels. The Merchandiser will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective merchandising strategies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
