We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Officer (FMCG) in Harare, Zimbabwe. This role presents an exciting opportunity for candidates passionate about sales and the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer trends and preferences.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the management team.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of relevant working experience in sales, in the FMCG sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
