Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for driving business growth and cultivating strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall expansion of our organization.

Responsibilities:

i) Identifying Opportunities:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and partnerships.
Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new business prospects.
Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand our client base.

ii) Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

iii) Proposal Development:

Prepare and present compelling proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
Negotiate terms and agreements in collaboration with senior management.
Follow up on proposals and secure contracts to drive revenue growth.

iv) Market Expansion:

Identify opportunities for product or service diversification to meet market demands.
Develop strategies to penetrate new geographic regions or target demographics.
Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our services and forge strategic partnerships.

Qualities:

Proven track record in business development or sales roles, preferably within the relevant industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Experience:

Previous experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
Demonstrated success in generating new business and driving revenue growth.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is advantageous.
