RECEPTIONIST CASHIER: UZ VN HOTEL AND LEISURE PVT LTD (2 POSTS)
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate must be able to:
Improve customer experience at each opportune encounter/interaction
Greet and register guests. Possession of a pleasant personality is important.
Settle guest accounts upon completion of their stay.
Be able to multi-task and be able to solve problems in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers.
Maintain a clean and tidy front desk area.
The candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in Secretarial Studies/Public Relation /Sales and Marketing
A minimum of 5 ‘O’ level passes including English Language and Mathematics.
‘A’ level passes will be an added advantage.
A Diploma or Certificate in Tourism and Hospitality will be an added advantage.
At least 2 years working experience as a Receptionist /Secretary in a reputable organization in the Hospitality Industry.
