ACCOUNTS CLERK: SUPPORT SERVICES DEPARTMENT: CATERING SERVICES UZ VN
HOTEL AND LEISURE (1 POST)

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate must be able to:
 Handle clients’ accounts for example, customer payments.
 Balance accounts.
 Pay Invoices
 Make bank reconciliations.
 Process the payroll
 Produce financial reports for the managers to review.
 Should be prepared to work during weekends, public holidays and evening shifts.

Qualifications and Experience

 Diploma in Accounting from a recognized Board or Institution.
 A minimum of 5 ‘O’ level passes at grade including English Language, Mathematics
and Accounts.
 Advanced level passes will be an added advantage.
 At least 2 years’ experience in similar post
