Applications are invited from qualified and experienced persons to fill the following posts which have arisen in Runde Rural District Council.

REVENUE CLERK (GRADE 7)

Reporting to the Accountant

DUTIES

Follow up on Council debtors and updating the database
Banking Council funds in their respective accounts J Debtors Reconciliation – Revenue collections
Preparation and submission of invoices to rate payers
Any other duties as may be assigned by the Accountant.

Requisite Skills

Strong communication skills
Good critical thinking skills
Excellent knowledge of Pastel Accounting Package

Qualifications and Experience

National Diploma in Accountancy from a reputable College or Polytechnic
At least 1 year relevant experience.
At least 25 years
