Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative at Talent Fusion. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be expected to undertake the following duties:
- Sell and market IT-related products
- Be the customer service providing customer service champion of the company
- Undertake market research on the IT-related needs of the client
- Acquire comprehensive product(s) knowledge and conduct presentations to clients
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Conduct Client training, and ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities
- Invoicing clients
Qualifications
The incumbent is expected to meet the following Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Sales/Marketing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Experience in sales and marketing of IT-related products an added advantage
- Clean class 4 driver’s license an added advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Sales skills including the ability to negotiate and close deals
- Experience in training clients on products and services
- Strong sales and marketing skills including lead generation, strategic planning, and campaign management.
