QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
⦁ Diploma in Business Management/ Sales & Marketing/ Public Relations
⦁ 5 ‘O’ Levels (including Mathematics and English)
⦁ At least 2 years’ experience FMCG industry
⦁ An understanding of Marketing & Public relations concepts

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
⦁ Ensuring the highest level of customer service through efficient queue management, query management and attending to customer requests, both walk in and virtual customers, implementing plans aimed at exceeding customer expectations.
⦁ Ensuring effective sales execution through implementing strategies and plans to ensure attainment of shareholder’s value creation and attainment of set targets.
⦁ Regularly engage with customers and obtain feedback and customer expectations on the speed of service, product range, product mix and quality.
⦁ Ensure all returns should be courteously processed under the guidance of the Manager on Duty.
⦁ Conduct regular market analysis, understanding competitor activity in terms of contemporary customer care interventions.
⦁ Keep abreast of market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through reading of pertinent literature and market analysis
⦁ Executes consistent management by tracking progress of opportunities.
⦁ Collate all the market intelligence information, and share with store management for strategic planning purposes.
⦁ Provide recommendations to the shop management on the possible and appropriate social responsibility activities which help advance the store’s strategic objectives, at the same time increasing the organisation’s brand visibility.
⦁ Take a lead role in the coordination of the administration processes of all CSR activities, and ensuring that relevant documentation and pictures has been shared with the store management.
⦁ Carrying out any other relevant functions as assigned
