MARKETING AND CLIENT LIAISON OFFICER – HARARE
The following vacancy has arisen within the Sales and Marketing Department for the position of Marketing and Client Liaison Officer (x1). Interested candidates who meet set requirements are encouraged to apply.
DUTIES
REPORTING TO THE ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER, THE POSITION WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Client engagement and visits to enhance business relations.
Follow up on business leads and writing new business.
Resolve the day-to-day queries and complaints from clients and provide them with support for
routine issues.
Identify and assess customers’ needs.
Keep records of client interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Build sustainable relationships of trust with clients and maintain existing business.
Take stock of all marketing material as well as reordering the material
Manage the branch affairs – membership cards, receipt of claims and contributions.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Marketing or relevant Business-related degree.
At least 2 years in a related position
Experienced in Sales, Administration and Account Management Computer literate and with a class 4 driver’s license .
