Duties and Responsibilities
Job Description:
Youth Advocates Zimbabwe is seeking an experienced and dynamic ICT and Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to increase the organization’s visibility and promote our programs and services
• Developing and maintaining the organization’s website and social media platforms, ensuring that they are up-to-date and relevant
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase engagement with our online community
• Managing and maintaining the organization’s databases, ensuring that they are accurate and up to date
• Providing technical support and training to staff and volunteers on ICT-related matters
• Collaborating with other staff members to integrate technology and marketing strategies into our programs and services
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our digital marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvements
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications: experience is added advantage
• A degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
• At least three years of experience in ICT and digital marketing
• Proven experience in website development and maintenance and social media management
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to monitor and evaluate digital marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for social justice and human rights
