About the job

The NBSM therefore is responsible for creating effective and uniform service across all branches. This will require:

  • Initially getting to understand what the company requires and what the goals and KPI’s are.
  • Becoming very familiar with branch operations as they currently stand.
  • Then developing course work and SOP’s that will bridge the divide between where the branches are today and where they have to get to.
  • Followed by on-site training by becoming embedded in each branch as a working trainer (part of the team) for periods of 1 – 2 weeks at a time

  • Team building and effective team management.
  • Working efficiently together with equitable division of labour.
  • Sales and service training
  • Planning and Budget break down
  • Analysis of sales across the company and performance against budget evaluation.
  • Cause analysis and coordination of corrective actions required to get back on budget track.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Drivers’ license
