An exciting new opportunity has arisen in our business. We are currently seeking to employ fifty sales agents who are excellent at selling furniture and have a specialty in selling on credit. As an outreach agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with selecting the perfect furniture pieces for their homes, as well as helping them finance their purchases through credit agreements.
REQUIREMENTS
Our ideal candidate would have previous experience in furniture sales and have a proven track record of success in selling on credit, mainly to SSB clientele.
The people we seek to employ should have excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable working in a sales-driven environment. It goes without saying that one should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a can-do attitude. It would be necessary that you build rapport with customers and successfully close sales while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
DUTIES
Some key responsibilities of this role would include:
Building and maintaining relationships with customers
Providing product knowledge and demonstrating the features of furniture items
Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Processing credit applications and managing payment schedules
