The incumbent will be responsible for the overall supervision of the Service Station

DUTIES

Reporting to the Site Manager, the incumbent’s duties include:

  • Promoting and enforcing safe practices on the site in line with the Company’s Health Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Policy.
  • Ensuring excellent customer engagement and service delivery at the forecourt.
  • Leading, motivating, supervising, and providing support to the team on shift.
  • Training and coaching forecourt cashiers in all aspects of site operations.
  • Daily stock and sales reconciliation and reporting.
  • Ensuring execution of all daily service station operations to the highest standards.
  • Maintaining the highest level of housekeeping on the site and conducting compliance checklists.
  • Conducting spot checks on forecourt cashiers.
  • Assisting the Site Manager in his/her daily duties.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a minimum of Five O-Levels (including Maths and English), and any tertiary qualification e.g. National Certificate, Diploma or Degree.
  • Must have experience working in the retail sector.
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
