Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the posts that have arisen within the
organisation.

JOB TITLE: ACCOUNTS CLERKS
GRADE : B3

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS

Capturing receipts into the pastel system and filing them.

Liaising with Bank Relationship Managers.

Updating management with daily bank balances.

Debt collection of cash-paying patients and shortfalls.

Processing medical aid claims and posting medical aid monthly receipts for month-end preparation.

Collections and monitoring of medical aid societies.

Following up on debtors’ accounts queries.

Processing refunds.

Carrying out debtors’ transfers.

Receipting, banking and invoicing.

Reconciliation of creditors, debtors, and petty cash.

Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 1-year experience in the relevant field.

Bachelor of Accounting Honors Degree.
Knowledge of using Trimed System is an added advantage

Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Sound knowledge of Financial requirements.

Must be analytical.

Ability to work under pressure.

Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Must be flexible in working hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
