As an Account Relationship Officer at Corporate 24 Hospital Group, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with our valued clients.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing them with the best possible service and support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.
  • Identify clients’ needs and provide them with the best possible service and support.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute client engagement strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide clients with the most current and relevant information.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities for business growth and upselling products and services to clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract and retain clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the medical insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a result-oriented mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge of medical and medical insurance products, processes, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
