Responsibilities:

• Create and implement market strategies for new products and features.

• Develop a long-term growth strategy, including consistent performance analysis and contingency planning.

• Lead market research and ROI analysis, defining challenges and opportunities.

• Collaborate closely across executive level engineering, design and operation to deliver a fully unified product approach and deliverance.

• Own and efficiently allocate the budget and acquisition planning.

• Control the spend and optimize blend of channels to hit growth targets in a resourceful manner.

• Work with the leadership team to develop and implement a high-level Marketing strategy and goals/targets that drive profit and complement business objectives.

• Set the overall National Marketing Strategy to keep being ahead of competitors.

• Develop/review/refine Marketing strategies for each of Product and brand including product positioning, pillars, campaign roadmaps and media/channel mix with a view to increasing ROI.

• Forecast monthly, quarterly, annual acquisition growth and costs.

• Develop marketing execution plans and deliver on acquisition targets within time and budget.

• Ensure Brand awareness and promotion through effective marketing strategies including new products, launches, top industry events, and promotions.

• Audit existing content and develop new Corporate Brand strategy and attributes.

• Analyze current CRM processes, optimize and plan related activities.

• Manage CRM effectively (retention, reactivation, cross selling)

• Plan and manages the design, content, and production of all marketing materials

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Relevant

• 3+ yeas of experience working in a marketing role.

• Experience of managing a significant P&L essential.

• Experience of brand strategy and marketing campaigns, including communications.

• Technical understanding of tracking and reporting systems.

• Analytical competencies / mindset.

• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.

• Growth focused, goal-oriented individual.

• Able and willing to lead from the front, getting “hands on” as required.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

• A diplomatic and professional approach, able to gather and share information in an energetic and inclusive manner, while dealing effectively with challenging situations.

• A people person who enjoys managing teams and cares about their team’s welfare, as well as their output.

• Strong project management/programme management skills.

• Strong customer ethos and the ability to channel insight into profitable deliverables.

• Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with 3rd parties across technology, marketing and operational areas.

• Experience within a multi-channel brand(s) preferred.
