Job Description
AMOSA Institute of Occupational Safety, Health & Environment (AIOSHE) is looking for a Finance and Administration Officer to manage its finances and administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
●Filing, data capturing, attending to HR issues and administrative functions like printing, typing, binding, laminating and the likes
▪️Managing all accounting transactions and budgeting
●Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
●Processing payroll, tax payments and returns
●Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
●Manage balance sheets and profit / loss statements
●Report of the company’s financial health and liquidity
●Audit financial transactions and documents
●Comply with financial policies and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
●Relevant degree/diploma plus minimum 3 years work experience in the above field.
●Knowledge of Odoo accounting systems is an added advantage.
