Reporting to Lead Partner Department Treasury and Admin
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Accountant, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:
• Train and motivate administration staff of the Firm and Clients.
• Ensure that the Firm’s accounts are kept in compliance with required standards.
• Ensure that the Firm’s monthly management accounts are prepared.
• Safekeeping of all original corporate documents of the Firm.
• Strategy formulating and budgeting.
• Monitoring implementation of strategy and budgets.
• Cash flow management.
• Timeous submitting tax and secretarial returns.
• Monitoring implementation of the procurement process and procedures.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Lead Partner.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Degree in accounting from a recognized institution, ACCA or CIS
• Two years’ experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Responsible attitude required.
