Job Summary
Direct and oversee the sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Set short and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
Purpose of the Job:
Leading and managing a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive growth for the company. This includes developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and monitoring sales performance to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

Principal Accountabilities:
· Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
· Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
· Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
· Coaching and leading the sales team to achieve KPIs and exceed targets
· Developing the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
· Coordinating with marketing on lead generation and advertising of products
· Promoting the company and products
· Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to further grow the business
· Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
Minimum Hiring Standards:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field
- Class 4 driver’s license
- Good communication skills and computer literacy
- Strong leadership experience
