The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
  • Develop relationships with prospective members, organizations, and businesses, while maintaining existing relationships.
  • Research, identify and drive business growth opportunities in alignment with Talent Exchanges Group’s vision and goals.
  • Contribute to developing, improving, and influencing a passionate sales and service culture within the Network, Consultancy & Certification SBUs
  • Actively participate in online and offline outreach, attend , networking, meetings, and other effective lead generation and relationship-building activities.
  • Recruitment of members in Universities, Colleges and Corporates.
  • Successfully utilize software ( Excel, Word) to maintain and further develop a database of leads, opportunities, and projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years’ of sales or account management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
