Job Description:-

  • To be the first point of contact between the Customer and the Service Department and to provide services to the Customer to ensure that their service experience exceeds their expectations.
  • To control the Service Centre throughout so as to ensure the most efficient flow possible.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction through effectively identifying customer needs and communicating them to the workshop staff in a clear and effective fashion.

Requirements and skills which would be advantageous are:-

• Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role

• A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry

• Proficiency with industry-specific software

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication expertise
