Silo Food Industries is a leading food manufacturing company that specializes in the production of high-quality, nutritious food products.

We are seeking a Dispatch Clerk to join our team. The Dispatch Clerk will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching orders and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that production materials are ordered in a timely manner.
- Generate and maintain dispatch reports, including daily dispatch reports and delivery schedules.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure that dispatch processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure that all dispatch documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must have 5 “O” levels including English Language and Mathematics/Accounts.
- A Certificate in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of clerical experience in a dispatch or logistics environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High degree of honesty and accuracy.
- Analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
