Job Description
Transerv is a leading automotive service provider with locations throughout Zimbabwe. Our goal is to provide our customers with exceptional service, high-quality automotive products, and affordable prices.
We are looking for 20 Counter Salespeople to join our team. The Counter Salespeople will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales of automotive products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The successful candidates will have strong interpersonal and time management skills, a track record of meeting sales quotas, excellent communication skills, and a good personal appearance. They will also be knowledgeable in basic computer skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Promote and sell automotive products to customers.
- Assist customers in the selection and purchase of products, and provide product information and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate inventory of products and ensure that stock levels are replenished as needed.
- Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and product displays.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor with customers and coworkers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 O’ Levels, including Maths.
- Proven work experience as a Counter Salesperson or similar role in the automotive sector.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
- Track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good personal appearance.
- Basic computer knowledge.
