Purpose of the Job:

This job exists to coordinate all marketing activities and initiatives at ABC Auctions. The role ensures that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by supporting the Marketing Supervisor.

Reporting Structure

Reporting To: Marketing Supervisor
Interacts With: Graphics Team/ Social Media Officer/ Commercial Team/ Customer Services/Auctions

Supervisory Controls

The position is supervised through:

• Daily team briefings.
• Daily Auctions reports.
• Weekly overall marketing report.
• Monthly reports.
• Performance appraisals.

Principal Accountabilities

• Update User Database.
• Monitor ongoing campaigns.
• Draft content plans.
• Assign daily tasks to the team.
• Auction reporting.
• Update weekly dashboards.
• Identify areas of improvement.
• Brand activations.
• Event scouting.
• Market researching.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify target audience characteristics, media consumption habits, and consumer insights.
• Develop data-driven media plans that align with brand objectives, KPIs, and budgetary requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative and compelling content for various media platforms.
• Manage media campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, display advertising, programmatic, and paid search.
• Continuously monitor and optimize media campaigns to enhance performance and achieve budgetary targets.
• Implement consistent measurement and reporting methods, including analytics tracking, metrics reporting, ROI analysis, and media attribution.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, including emerging ad formats and targeting capabilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and publishers to maximize opportunities and partnerships.

Minimum Hiring Standards

Education:

Diploma/Degree in BBA Marketing or a related field.
Certificate in CIM is an added advantage.

Experience:

Advanced Excel.
Market Researching.
Database Administration.
Content Planning.
Media buying (Facebook Commerce, Ads Manager, Google Ads, Email Marketing).
Familiar with Supply Chain Management.
Familiar with Events Coordination
