Our client, a multinational company in the food manufacturing industry is looking for an individual with numerical aptitude and a team player to fill the role of Accounts & Administration Assistant. The position is located at a Farm which is 21km out of Gweru.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generating Management Accounts.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting.
  • Performing budget analysis, handling bankers and other external stakeholders.
  • Management of the Stores function.
  • Formulation of Accounting policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in the Auditing process and handling External Auditors.
  • Assisting in the preparation of Tax computations and Payroll.
  • Maintaining filing of accounting records.
  • Carrying out any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

  • Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience.
  • Working knowledge of Pastel /Sage/ SAP.
  • Should be a person of unquestionable integrity.
  • Work accurately under pressure and meet set deadlines.
  • Adaptability to a constantly changing and growing environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • This position includes Accommodation and relocation with family is possible.
