Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
- Reaching out to SMEs/companies through emailing and networking and various channels
- Prospecting of corporate financial products/solutions to local SMEs or and companies
- Manage and develop a portfolio of payday and SMEs loans customers with an aim to deepen and broaden relationships with our clients
- Achieve various individual business targets and contribute to the team performance
Skills and Competences
- Minimum degree holder
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience in relationship management, preferably financial institutions.
- Ability to work under pressure, with strong self – motivation
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Time management skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Prior experience in working in a microfinance or a bank is a plus
