Experienced Sales Officer for Hospital Management System and other Contessasoft Software

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced salesperson to join our team and promote our cutting-edge hospital management system to doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers. Our comprehensive software solution is designed to streamline administrative tasks, enhance patient care, and optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and identify potential customers in the medical industry, including doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry conferences.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our hospital management system.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor the product offering to address their specific requirements.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements with potential clients, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, fostering long-term relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, specifically within the medical industry.
  • Existing portfolio of clients and leads in the medical field.
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations and the challenges faced by healthcare providers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
