VENDOR ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT
Processing of TotalEnergies Marketing Zimbabwe’s Vendor Portfolio weighed in terms of invoice and transaction volumes per vendor.
Processing (MIRO, Payments Matching and Clearing) of product supply invoices
Analyzing vendor, general ledger, and expense accounts to ensure accuracy of accounting records.
Clearing vendor down payments and matching vendor transactions in SAP.
Quarterly reconciliations of TotalEnergies Marketing Zimbabwe’s allocated vendor portfolio and timely following up on reconciling items before next quarter-end.
BALANCE SHEET ACCOUNT ANALYSIS
Carrying out monthly analysis of balance and expense account to ensure accuracy of accounting records.
Others
Attending to and resolving supplier daily requests and enquiries within a reasonable time frame.
Filing of creditors and payment documents.
Participating in quarterly stock taking at respective depots.
Performing any other duties assigned by the hierarchy.
