ZimSelector.com, a dynamic leading insurance aggregator, based in Harare, is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in insurance and risk management, as well as marketing skills to help us drive sales and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of ZimSelector’s insurance partners, products and services
Generate new business leads and foster strong relationships insurance partners and potential clients
Delivering insurance proposals to corporate and professional clients
Collaborate with team members to develop marketing campaigns and strategies
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
Meet or exceed sales targets as assigned by management
Qualifications and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Insurance & Risk Management or a related field
Additional qualifications in Sales/Marketing will be considered an advantage
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance industry
Excellent communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
A clean class 4 driver’s licence
