Our client, a market leader and a well-established organisation in the Advertising industry is looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join their team. This is an Administrative and Marketing role.
Main Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the Managing Director.
Collaborating with the internal teams, and business partners on business related issues.
Helping to identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations working with internal teams.
Giving presentations and updates to the Executive team.
Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents and reports.
Understanding the company product and brand.
Updating social media accounts.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related (essential).
Two years of experience in content management, creative writing, advertising concepts and media negotiations.
Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.
Expert knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS).
Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and Canva.
