Job Description:

  • A Degree In Business Management/ Computer Science/ Information Communication Technology /Accounting Or Equivalent From Reputable Institutions.
  • Diploma In Business Administration An Added Advantage.
  • Three Years’ Hands On Experience In The Academic Institutions.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Provides Oversight On All Aspects Of Academic Operations At TCFL By Effectively Managing The Student Value Chain.
  • Provides Effective And Efficient Operational And Administrative Support To TelOne Centre For Learning.
  • Enrols Learners In The Various Conventional Programmes Or Short Courses And Inform Them As Appropriate
  • Designs And Implements An Effective Archiving System For Academic Records (Database) For Both Current And Former Students.
  • Formulates And Implements Academic Policies And Regulations Governing TCFL Administration.
  • Liaises With Partner Institutions And Stakeholders As Defined In Programmes Or Partnership Agreements (NUST, HEXCO Etc).
  • Keeps Abreast Of Operational And Reporting Trends, Regulations, And Technology Solutions Relevant To The TCFL Administration Area.
  • Maintains High Levels Of Quality Assurance, Including Course Evaluation And Course Approval Procedures.
  • Provides Administrative Support To An Academic Team Of Lecturers, Tutors Or Teaching Assistants.
  • Carries Quality-Assurance Evaluation For All The TCFL Programmes (Offline & Online).
  • Maintains And Update Student And Programme Records.
  • Interprets Regulations And Oversee Programme Compliance To Regulations And/Or Procedures.
  • Completes All Other Related Tasks As And When Required.

Qualification And Experience:
