Job Description:
- A Degree In Business Management/ Computer Science/ Information Communication Technology /Accounting Or Equivalent From Reputable Institutions.
- Diploma In Business Administration An Added Advantage.
- Three Years’ Hands On Experience In The Academic Institutions.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Provides Oversight On All Aspects Of Academic Operations At TCFL By Effectively Managing The Student Value Chain.
- Provides Effective And Efficient Operational And Administrative Support To TelOne Centre For Learning.
- Enrols Learners In The Various Conventional Programmes Or Short Courses And Inform Them As Appropriate
- Designs And Implements An Effective Archiving System For Academic Records (Database) For Both Current And Former Students.
- Formulates And Implements Academic Policies And Regulations Governing TCFL Administration.
- Liaises With Partner Institutions And Stakeholders As Defined In Programmes Or Partnership Agreements (NUST, HEXCO Etc).
- Keeps Abreast Of Operational And Reporting Trends, Regulations, And Technology Solutions Relevant To The TCFL Administration Area.
- Maintains High Levels Of Quality Assurance, Including Course Evaluation And Course Approval Procedures.
- Provides Administrative Support To An Academic Team Of Lecturers, Tutors Or Teaching Assistants.
- Carries Quality-Assurance Evaluation For All The TCFL Programmes (Offline & Online).
- Maintains And Update Student And Programme Records.
- Interprets Regulations And Oversee Programme Compliance To Regulations And/Or Procedures.
- Completes All Other Related Tasks As And When Required.
