Duties And Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight on all aspects of academic operations at TCFL by effectively managing the student value chain.
- Provides effective and efficient operational and administrative support to TelOne Centre for Learning.
- Enrols learners in the various conventional programmes or short courses and inform them as appropriate
- Designs and implements an effective archiving system for academic records (database) for both current and former students.
- Formulates and implements academic policies and regulations governing TCFL administration.
- Liaises with partner institutions and stakeholders as defined in programmes or partnership agreements (NUST, HEXCO etc).
- Keeps abreast of operational and reporting trends, regulations, and technology solutions relevant to the TCFL Administration area.
- Maintains high levels of quality assurance, including course evaluation and course approval procedures.
- Provides administrative support to an academic team of lecturers, tutors or teaching assistants.
- Carries quality-assurance evaluation for all the TCFL programmes (offline & online).
- Maintains and update student and programme records.
- Interprets regulations and oversee programme compliance to regulations and/or procedures.
- Completes all other related tasks as and when required.
Qualification and Experience:
- A Degree in Business Management/ Computer Science/ Information Communication Technology /Accounting or equivalent from reputable institutions.
- Diploma in Business Administration an added advantage.
- Three years’ hands on experience in academic institutions.
