ROLE PROFILE.
AFC Holdings seeks to recruit an Administration Manager. Reporting to the Group Head – Corporate
Services, the Administration Manager will be responsible for efficiently and effectively managing the Group’s administrative services, maintenance of properties, provision of office space, security and transport control, record keeping, mail and messenger services.

Duties and Responsibilities
Administration of the Group’s motor vehicle fleet from allocation to disposal, review of the motor vehicle policy and management of fuel.
Management of the Group’s records and overseeing that they are archived in line with policy. Overseeing the management of the Stores function which includes movement of stock. Provision of office space to staff.
Facilitating the disposal of obsolete and excess assets within the Group in line with policy. Management of the Group’s internal security and liaising with external security service providers for the
provision of CIT services. Development and maintenance of property and implementation of effective security measures to protect
the Group’s properties and staff.
Ensuring safety measures are incorporated across all business units and properties. Supervision of all civil works and maintenance activities undertaken by the group.
Overseeing all housekeeping-related matters that include the provision of messenger services.
Job Skills and Competencies
Excellent knowledge of business administration and logistics.
Security awareness and good analytical skills.
Excellent knowledge of public sector procurement requirements.

Qualifications and Experience
A Degree in Administration/Business Management or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience or exposure in a financial institution in a similar role.
A relevant Diploma e.g. Security Studies is a distinct advantage.
